Today SOUNDS Academy gives instruments and weekly instruction to 300 students through its Community and Strings Programs. They do this through outreach programs that focus on teaching the values of creativity, leadership, perseverance, resilience, and teamwork through music education. During the evening guests will learn about SOUNDS Academy, the impact of our programs, and ways that they can help to spread music education opportunities in underserved areas of State 48. 100% of the proceeds will be used to sustain music education opportunities for underserved youth in the Phoenix Metropolitan area in providing instruction, instruments, sheet music, and scholarships for students.
