This position involves performing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and store inventory with high-quality craftsmanship. We require our technicians to engage with customers in a meaningful way, providing an excellent experience and ensuring they leave satisfied. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting with warranty repairs and supporting sales through product knowledge and certification.
