Access Center Event Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY Under the guidance of the Access Program Coordinator and with support from staff and volunteers, the Access Center Event Assistant facilitates the daily operations of the Festival’s Access Center in compliance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Respond to patron inquiries regarding the Festival and Access Program services. Provide clear direction and role-specific training to volunteers. Any document, computer program, design or other intellectual property created for the Jazz Festival belongs to the Jazz Festival and must be given to the Festival through your supervisor or department head at the end of each production year, or upon request. Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
