Accompanist

The Accompanist is responsible for providing musical accompaniment for eurythmy classes, dance classes, school performances, music classes, and other events within the Waldorf school community. The role involves supporting students and faculty in rehearsals and performances by playing piano, keyboard, or other instruments as required. The Accompanist's responsibilities: • Accompany eurythmy classes, dance classes, instrumental ensembles, and performances as needed, providing live musical support during rehearsals and events. • Experience in accompanying music ensembles, choirs, or instrumental groups, particularly in an educational or performance setting. • Understanding of Waldorf education principles, particularly as they relate to the role of music in child development.
