Accompanist

Rehearsing each Monday evening from 6:30-8:00 PM, the SHYA serves as the preparatory choir of the SHCC Program, equipping singers with the skills they need to participate in the Spivey Hall Children's Choir. 50% - Accompany the Spivey Hall Young Artists during weekly rehearsals and all scheduled performances (minimum two Spivey Hall performances per year).25% - Implement the sight singing and theory curriculum by preparing, teaching lessons & assessing students during weekly rehearsals.10% - Assist the SHYA director in developing the musicianship of the choir by sharing the passion & vision of the SHCC.
