You will execute strategic sales and marketing plans designed to expand our market share, attract new customers, and consistently exceed sales goals. Identify opportunities to expand sales within and beyond the current client base.● Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with assigned Redeye customers, meet sales targets, and enhance product placement. Ensure all account contact information is keptcurrent and accurate.● Customer Education: Educate clients on product offerings, shipping timelines, and best practices for using Redeye proprietary B2B website.● Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with marketing, accounting, data & product operations, inventory, and logistics teams to support promotions and coordinate product launches.● Other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities None Required Skills/Abilities ● Results-Oriented: Proven ability to set and achieve measurable sales targets.● Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.● Organizational Abilities: Self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency, excellent organizational, and time-management skills.● Adaptability & Initiative: Proactive in addressing challenges and improving account management and internal processes.● Account Development: Ability to grow and nurture assigned accounts, with an eye for expansion opportunities.● System Proficiency: Basic knowledge of web programs, email, social media, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Google Suite.● Event Participation: Willingness to attend and participate in company events, training, and industry gatherings.
