Ability to teach clawhammer style is required. We are looking for teachers who will instruct both IN PERSON traveling to students' homes and teaching from their own residence as well as ONLINE. Our school serves students in west LA, including Santa Monica, Culver City, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills. Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check. Preference will be given to candidates who teach multiple instruments, especially piano.
