**Job Summary**

Part-time faculty are needed for hybrid college classes and are paid at the rate of $825 per college credit hour. Qualifications for faculty vary according to subject area.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

• Eighteen graduate hours in the teaching discipline and a Master’s degree, or a Master’s degree in the teaching discipline required.
• Online instructors are required to complete training offered by the college.
 

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience teaching online classes. BCTC uses the Blackboard Course Management System.
