Admin Coordinator (Temp)

Warner Music Latina’s A&R department is responsible for all aspects of the creative artistic process, including talent discovery, artist signing, oversight of artist’s recording, acquisition of material, choice of production partner, engineering and musicians for sessions. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the financial integrity, contractual compliance, and efficient administrative workflow for all A&R projects, label deals, and music production. • Track and manage the progress of recording projects, ensuring timely delivery of all project assets (e.g., masters, final mixes) while maintaining communication with relevant teams. • 3+ years of experience in the music industry, preferably within A&R Admin or a similar administrative or financial role. Warner Music Latina is the Latin division of Warner Music Group, representing US Latin in our Miami office.
