This position is full time, Monday – Friday. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare ministry participant communications for the three ministries as directed by, and in the “voice” of the ministry directors Catalog, organize and upload digital copies of all music keeping the physical library and digital database up to date; prepare physical music for each service Update service plans in planning software, edit congregant profile management platform as needed, and log attendance Attend weekly NPC staff meetings, monthly team meetings for youth and children's ministry, and weekly children’s and youth staff meetings Secure musicians for each service, send communication, and provide payment when needed via the business office Organize volunteers as needed for each ministry Contact graphics designer, communication director, and director of properties with needs for each ministry Update NPC calendars with ministry events, and keep youth pastor and music director's calendars up to date. Other duties as assigned by supervisors. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: College degree or equivalent experience in an area consistent with administrative assistant duties; Experience in music (choral, band or orchestra) is needed Work Experience: Prior experience working as an administrative Assistant is desirable An active and growing disciple of Jesus Christ. Strong attention to details with a high level of accuracy Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines Strong communication skills (verbal and written); thoughtful listening skills; strong interpersonal skills Strong creative and innovative skills Experience in a Mac environment utilizing Google Suite (mail, calendar, documents), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and database software; proficient in typing
