Afterschool Program Manager

We are seeking an Afterschool & Pipeline Program Manager to lead and scale the next phase of YMU’s After School programs and student pipelines across Miami-Dade. This role is central to the growth and future of our programs, ensuring that students progress meaningfully from beginner to advanced levels and that After School opportunities serve as both an artistic and leadership incubator for our young musicians. The Program Manager will design and manage after school pathways, lead the Student Ambassador Program and Mentorship Program, and connect student development with YMU’s broader ecosystem of school partnerships, performances, festivals, and community engagement. • A strong program designer with experience managing multi-site educational or arts-based programs. This role is a cornerstone of YMU’s future — helping us create clear pathways of growth and leadership for students beyond the school day, building community engagement through music, and cultivating the next generation of ambassadors and advocates for the arts.
