How we LEAD: How you’ll CREATE: • Partner with label teams across the organization to gather required content, metadata, and project inputs, ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables through clear and proactive communication • Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Commercial, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and drive progress across various project workstreams • Use tools such as SQL and Airtable to extract, analyze, and reconcile large-scale datasets • Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, data trackers, and reporting tools to manage large-scale datasets and track project progress across multiple workstreams • Produce clear, executive-ready reporting on project status, key milestones, risks, and performance metrics • Design scalable workflows and solutions to support repeatable processes for future content delivery initiatives • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual processes through better data management and automation Bring your VIBE: • 4+ years of experience in project management or data operations within a music, media, or related industry • Demonstrated experience coordinating and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams • Hands-on experience working with large datasets, including data validation, reconciliation, and analysis • Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and similar tools for data management and reporting • Proficiency in SQL and similar tools to extract and analyze data • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets and complex data structures • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data validations, etc.) • Proficiency in SQL, Airtable, and similar tools • High attention to detail with strong focus on data accuracy, validation, and quality control • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and tight timelines
