This 2/3 time role focuses on the critical "bridge" years where students transition from general music play to formal ensemble performance. The successful candidate will be an expert in recruitment, foundational technique, and fostering a sense of belonging for all students. Maine Standards & Instructional Leadership You will be expected to adapt scores and instruments for students with physical, cognitive, or sensory differences. Choral Instruction: Direct 3rd–5th-grade choral ensembles, focusing on healthy vocal production, unison singing, and the introduction of 2-part harmony/rounds.
