We are looking for an A&R that will play a crucial role in our Global A&R team. Your role will be to make sure that we sign and develop artists that can make the best sounds in the world for professional creators, by contributing to roster and release management, reviewing music and scouting new artists. Requirements: • 3-5 years A&R Experience from a management company, label or publisher - with a demonstrated track record of discovering new talent • Having managed and developed a roster of 15+ artists/songwriters/producers • Extensive experience of working across multi-genres • Proven track record of having worked full release cycle: from recording to release • Experience of scouting and closing deals with artists, songwriters and producers • Strong musical and music production proficiency, comfortable giving musical feedback on songwriting, production, and mix • Excellent administrative skills in managing calendars, schedules, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks • Great communication skills, you are clear and effective in your message and take responsibility for understanding others
