Specializing in platforms like Spotify and Apple Music, Nuovo Entertainment leverages techniques such as editorial playlist pitching, sync pitching, and other music marketing & PR strategies to maximize artist visibility and growth at a true industry standard level. The A&R will be searching for talent that qualifies for premium deals. You will be setting up calls with artists who qualify for a premium deal whether it be a distribution deal, publishing deal, record deal, royalty advance deal, or even a catalog buyout. Qualifications Skills in sales and communicationExperience or knowledge in handling and structuring record dealsUnderstanding of the music industryExperience working at labelsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyPassion for music and artist development Pay Expectations This is a commission paid role.
