A&R

We are seeking a highly driven and culturally in-tune A&R to identify, sign, and develop talent. Responsibilities Identify and scout emerging artists, producers, and songwriters Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across key genres and markets Evaluate demos, recordings, and live performances to assess potential Lead artist development strategies, including sound, branding, and positioning Collaborate with artists on song selection, creative direction, and project development Coordinate recording sessions, producers, writers, and studios Work closely with marketing, branding, and distribution teams to execute releases Track music trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscape Build and maintain relationships within the music industry (managers, producers, etc.) Qualifications Proven experience in A&R, artist management, or music industry roles Strong ear for talent and understanding of commercially viable music Deep knowledge of current music trends, especially across digital and social platforms Established network within the music and creative industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
