As an A&R with Rise Up Music Group, your role is to: Network with independent artists daily (online and in person) Build real relationships in your local scene Identify artists who are serious about their music career Bring qualified artists into label meetings with our team You are the bridge between independent artists and the label. Earn per artist you bring into the company Monthly recurring income based on your artist base Income grows as your roster grows No cap on earnings
