A&R Coordinator (Temp)

• Book travel for the department. • Maintain A&R Database with email addresses, phone numbers, and all other information on artists, songwriters, managers, promoters, agents, and publishers. • Connect with all departments, artists, and managers to facilitate distribution of audio components. • Acquire A&R audio approval for every piece recorded and send to the A&R Administration Department, WEA Studio Services, and all people involved in Postproduction. • Acquire A&R audio approval for all recordings and send to the A&R Administration Department, WEA Studio Services, and all peoples involved in Postproduction.
