A&R Internship – Main Stay Music Group
Location: Atlanta, GA
Position: A&R Intern (Paid)
Duration: 6 Weeks
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM (flexibility for artist meetings, events, and studio sessions)
Who We Are
Main Stay Music Group is an independently owned, artist-first record label built to redefine the future of The Music Industry. We are not here to chase trends. We are here to set them. Founded by a respected artist and backed by real industry resources, we are committed to identifying, nurturing, and amplifying the voices shaping tomorrow’s culture.
Great labels like Motown, Def Jam, Rocafella ,Top Dawg, and Quality Control all started with a few people who saw the vision before the rest of the world caught on. We are in that moment now. We need A&Rs who can help take this label from a startup to a powerhouse.
We are looking for:
● Sharp, business-minded, culturally in-tune individuals
● People who can move seamlessly between executive meetings and studio sessions
● Someone who knows when to speak up with confidence and when to listen, gather
information, and read the room
If you have the ear for talent, the business acumen to develop artists, and the
temperament to navigate the industry with tact and strategy, this is the right opportunity.
The Role: A&R Intern
This is not a shadowing experience. You will be actively scouting, building relationships, and contributing to artist development. You will learn in real time what it takes to sign and break an artist. If you prove yourself, there is opportunity for long-term growth within the label.
This is a paid internship, but it is also an investment in your career. If you want to be part of something from the ground up and help build a label that will define the next generation of Music, this is your chance.
