A&R Manager

The Manager, A&R with AWAL will be responsible for finding and acquiring recording artists, songs and producers as well as leading artist development efforts for artists in all genres. • Provide comprehensive feedback on new music to the Head of A&R and/or other requesting senior A&R executives. • Coordinate label relationships for an artist once they are signed to AWAL. • Have knowledge of the different steps in the making of and release of a record required. • A proactive, self-starter who has strong problem solving, social, and interpersonal skills.
