We are building a team of A&R scouts and managers to help us discover and sign new producers and writers for our music publishing company. This is an Internship or commission-only role. Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate emerging music producers and writers across all genres.Attend sessions, events, and meetings in our Clifton office 2–3 days per week for reviews and strategy.Submit qualified talent using our internal criteria and tools.Communicate with artists and our internal team as opportunities move forward. Strong ear for talent and understanding of current music trends.Comfortable traveling to our Clifton office multiple days per week.Prior A&R, artist management, or curatorial experience is a plus but not required.
