You will be responsible for both talent discovery and pipeline management, working as part of the core A&R team.Key ResponsibilitiesHunt Virality: Proactively scout artists and trends across Tik Tok, You Tube, Sound Cloud, and Spotify to identify early‑stage talent with strong growth potential.Direct Outreach & Closing: Initiate outreach and build relationships with artists and their teams. Maintain an organized and up‑to‑date A&R pipeline using Click Up and Excel.Post‑Signing Management: Once the deal is closed, act as the primary point of contact for the artist. You must possess a solid understanding of Phonk, Brazilian funk, Hardtekk, or evolving underground electronic scenes.The Closer (Whatever It Takes): Proven ability to identify emerging talent early and confident in outreach and relationship building.
