Join Our Music Team As a professional musician in the Army National Guard, you will be part of an elite group of performers who entertain and engage audiences through various musical styles. Whether it's marching bands, ceremonial bands, concert bands, classical music compositions, or popular music genres, you'll have the opportunity to perform on your instrument in a variety of ensembles. Additionally, you'll learn how to transpose moderately easy music, tune your instrument to a given pitch, and play multiple instruments if desired. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a physical exam, meet legal and moral standards, and meet citizenship requirements. You may also work in nightclubs, concert halls, theaters, and recording studios, all while earning a regular paycheck and qualifying for tuition assistance.
