DescriptionGeneral SummaryThe Artist Services Associate will provide administrative and operational support for the Artist Services Manager and the entire Artistic Operations team. The Artist Services Associate will support contract administration and guest artist services primarily for Education, Lifelong Learning and Youth Ensembles while assisting with Naples Philharmonic Classical and Pops programs, Presentations, Broadway and Partnerships activities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)•Coordinate and assist with artist contracting to full execution, including drafting agreements, primarily for Education and Lifelong Learning Lecturers and Youth Ensemble performances.•Assist Artist Services Manager with advancing all artist services for these activities such as payment, hotel, transportation, and scheduling. •Frequent nights and weekend work is required.•Valid Driver's License requiredQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
