Artist Liaison

As a member of the Artistic team, the Artist Liaison provides important logistical and administrative support for rehearsals, performances and other activities. Reporting to the Manager of Artistic Planning & Artist Servicing, and serving as a primary liaison for guest artists, this role is responsible for coordinating detailed tasks in a dynamic, engaging environment to ensure a positive experience. • Attend and participate in Artistic and Production Meetings. • Assist guest artists and conducting staff with ticket requests, ground transportation and reservations as requested. • Ability to occasionally work overtime.
