Position: Artist Manager RocketRolla is a next-generation entertainment agency that blends music, media, and tech to elevate rising talent in the Latin and global urban scene. We are looking for a high-performing Artist Manager to join our team and drive the success of our artists on an international scale. We’re seeking an experienced Artist Manager with strong industry connections and strategic vision. Responsibilities: • Represent the artist in business negotiations, partnerships, and career development • Manage the artist’s calendar, tours, content releases, and public image • Connect with labels, booking agencies, media outlets, and collaborators • Build and execute a scalable strategy for music releases, merchandising, and monetization • Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams for campaigns • Oversee contractual obligations, rights management, and performance analytics • Act as the main point of contact between the artist and the industry
