Artist Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Artist Manager to lead the development and success of talented artists within our vibrant Pacific West Coast community. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner, guiding artists through their market careers by managing their bookings, and contractual negotiations. Your energetic approach will foster strong relationships with market hosts, ensuring artists reach their full potential while maintaining a positive and professional image. Responsibilities

Coordinate and book performances, and appearances for artists across various venues and events
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies utilizing social media platforms and social media management tools to boost artist visibility
Oversee contracts and tax reports, ensuring clarity on terms such as fees, duration, rights, and obligations
Cultivate strong relationships with venue owners, agents, and other artists in similar line of work
Maintain detailed records of bookings, contracts, negotiations, and communications
Must have a vehicle for the option of driving supplies and artist to venues with gas covered by artist.

Qualifications

Proven experience working as an agent or artist manager, or experience as a vendor at local markets
Excellent organization skills with the ability to secure market bookings while maintaining positive relationships
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok for social media marketing and management
Experience in social media management tools and marketing strategies to enhance artist exposure online
Exceptional communication skills for the artist(s) under your care and relationship management
Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience working as an agent or in agency management is highly desirable

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 4.0 per week

Experience:
