4KL is seeking the right Artist Manager or Artist Development Partner to help lead the next phase of growth. This role is for someone who understands the bigger picture of building an artist career and can help bring structure, execution, and long term direction to a growing brand and catalog. 4KL already has a strong foundation in place through music, content, business, and marketing. What is needed now is the right person to help oversee the artist side at a high level and make sure the right moves are happening consistently.
