We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Day-to-Day Artist Manager to support an internationally touring recording artist. This role combines career management, executive support, tour coordination, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and is passionate about helping artists succeed.
Responsibilities
* Manage the artist’s daily schedule, calendar, and travel logistics.
* Coordinate with booking agents, promoters, labels, publicists, and business partners.
* Organize flights, hotels, ground transportation, and tour itineraries.
* Oversee day-to-day communication and ensure timely follow-up on all professional matters.
* Identify and develop new opportunities, including media appearances, brand partnerships, and collaborations.
* Assist with tour planning, rehearsals, and live events when required.
* Support social media strategy and content planning.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Solve problems quickly and remain calm under pressure.
* Be available to travel internationally when needed.

Requirements
* Previous experience in artist management, tour management, music, entertainment, or live events.
* Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
* Valid passport and willingness to travel frequently.
* Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
* Strong understanding of the music industry.
* Professional, trustworthy, and proactive attitude.

* Experience managing touring artists.
* Existing network within the music and entertainment industry.
* Experience negotiating partnerships and coordinating international tours.
