With playlist placements from the Recording Academy/GRAMMY U, international streaming growth (notably in Brazil), and live performance experience at venues like Sofitel Hotel and Black Rabbit Rose, Natasha is an independent artist building strong momentum toward global recognition. Role Description The ideal candidate is passionate about music, well-connected in the industry, and experienced in artist development. Responsibilities include: • Guiding overall career strategy and growth • Pitching and securing live performance and touring opportunities • Building relationships with labels, publishers, PR firms, and brands • Overseeing marketing, publicity, and release campaigns • Supporting GRAMMY® campaign efforts and future award submissions • Negotiating contracts and opportunities on my behalf • Advising on long-term career and business development
