Song Selection • Work closely with the Strive to Be team and leadership to curate the ideal song list for albums and projects. • Ensure that all contracts protect the interests of Strive to Be and the Church. • Build strong relationships with talent, songwriters, producers, and industry professionals to discover new talent and foster collaborations. • 5 years proven experience in A&R, talent scouting, or artist development within the music industry.
