Artists & Repertoire (A&R)

This role’s focus is in supporting the A&R team and is open to individuals interested in any of the following: Music, Communications, or Marketing You will assist where needed, to ensure that A&R team operates effectively and efficiently. • Conduct thorough A&R research to identify promising artists and bands across various genres. • Assist in maintaining and updating our artist roster and scouting database. • Support the A&R team and assistants with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, budgeting, organizing files, managing communications & providing general management support.
