• Act as key administrative support for a Manager representing clients within the entertainment industry • Execute administrative needs including rolling calls, scheduling, submissions, file organization and record-keeping • Manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare itineraries, organize auditions, and other administrative tasks for the manager and clients • Brand campaign support • Comedy advancing support • Communicate directly with agent teams, publicists, attorneys, productions, and other external parties on behalf of clients • Bachelor’s degree • Preferred 1-2 years of experience within the entertainment industry. • Experience with InEntertainment, Breakdowns Express/CastIt, Vimeo, Outlook strongly preferred • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form • Attention to detail • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Self-sufficiency; the ability to anticipate needs and be proactive • Attends theater and live comedy shows regularly, passionate and knowledgeable about the Chicago market • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge • Comfortable handling confidential information • Interest in growing as a manager • Based in Chicago and willing to commute to Talent Manager’s working location in a hybrid capacity Artists First is a leading talent management and production company with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago.
