Assistant Charge Artist

Assist the Scenic Charge Artist with the creation and oversight of application of all painted and applied scenic finishes. -Assist with the mixing of paint and textures needed to execute assigned scenic projects. -Report the progress and potential conflicts of assigned projects to Scenic Charge Artist. -Assist the Scenic Charge Artist in the creation and maintenance of a scenic paint bible. -Knowledge of scenic art techniques including but not limited to color mixing and color theory, faux finish techniques, physical texture applications, and foam carving.
