Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Proficiency in designing and implementing marching band presentations. • Knowledge of drill writing, music notation, and music production software. • Performance experience in a wide variety of ensembles including collegiate marching band. • Experience as an adjudicator, clinician and/or recruiter with school bands and festivals.
