Responsibilities include assisting the manager in: • Oversee all store functions • Promote and maintain a friendly, positive work environment • Ensure employee and customer safety • Oversee repair staff and floor employees • Maintain store display integrity • Oversee daily store money count and bank deposit • Execute and disseminate all company initiatives and goals • Coordinate with buyer in store product/sales training • Serve as back up for store ed reps for absences, deliveries • Develop relationships with local school directors • Oversee private lesson program; develop teacher relationships • Oversee all store opening and closing procedures • Oversee all store maintenance; communicate regularly and consistently with corporate management on any needs or issues • Music background is required. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Must have Associate degree or equivalent Must have 3+ years retail sales experience
