Assistant Manager - Music Store!

We are looking for an energetic team member for our retail store!Responsibilities include assisting the manager in:Oversee all store functionsPromote and maintain a friendly, positive work environmentEnsure employee and customer safetyOversee repair staff and floor employeesMaintain store display integrityOversee daily store money count and bank depositExecute and disseminate all company initiatives and goalsCoordinate with buyer in store product/sales trainingServe as back up for store ed reps for absences, deliveriesDevelop relationships with local school directorsOversee private lesson program; develop teacher relationshipsOversee all store opening and closing proceduresOversee all store maintenance; communicate regularly and consistently with corporate management on any needs or issuesMusic background is required. Management experience preferred. Spanish speaking a plus!
