Seeking Assistant Music Director for Talented Band of Musicians with Special Needs. An Assistant Director to join with our Band Director in further developing the skills, talents and repertoire of our dedicated musicians. Leadership, initiative, positive coaching, patience, understanding of special needs and flexibility are requirements for this position. Hourly rate based on experience. You will be paid for rehearsals and gigs.
