The Assistant Music Director serves as a key part-time leader within the DHBC Music Ministry. Ministry Alignment: Work in tandem with the respective Student and Young Adult Ministry Directors to guarantee that musical selections and themes support the teaching series and specific goals of each gathering. Doctrinal Alignment: Affirms unreserved alignment with the DHBC Statement of Faith, What We Teach, and Music Ministry Guidelines documents. Equivalent Qualification: Candidates lacking formal education who present a history of at least one (1) year of church worship-leading experience will be fully considered. Schedule: Flexible, managed with oversight from the Worship Director(s).
