Assistant Musician of Sacred Music

The Assistant Musician will be responsible for providing musical accompaniment and singing during Mass and other liturgical events, ensuring that the music enhances the worship experience for the congregation. In addition to leading and accompanying congregational singing, the Assistant Musician will also be responsible for rehearsing with various ensembles, including the Liturgical Choir and the Children's Choir. The Assistant Musician will also assist in the preparation of music for special services such as weddings and funerals, meeting with families to discuss their musical preferences and ensuring that the music selected is appropriate for the occasion. This position requires a strong commitment to the church's mission and values, as well as a willingness to engage in ongoing professional development in music and liturgy.
