Compensation
2026-27 salary: $61,967 (base salary + 15% assistant principal overscale + 3% EMG payment). The 2026-27 season comprises 34 playing weeks and 3 paid vacation weeks. Full benefits and instrument insurance; 7.194% contribution to AFM/Employer Pension Fund.

Additional Details
Employment to begin with the winning candidate earliest availability. If the assistant principal position is won by a current member, the resulting additional section vacancy may be offered to a qualified runner-up. The Florida Orchestra is an equal opportunity employer.
