• * Location** New Haven, CT ** Description... • *APPOINTMENT:** Assistant Professor, Adjunct, of Music Analysis and Musicianship, beginning Fall 2022 (earliest) with an initial appointment of three years. • *RESPONSIBILITIES:** Work with Academic Studies Area faculty to design and teach core courses in Analysis & Musicianship and electives on music-analytic topics; maintain a professional profile that reflects the career of a distinguished teacher/scholar; contribute to all facets of the Academic Studies area and School of Music, including committee service, student advising, and instruction and/or thesis review within the academic component of the Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) program. • *THE SCHOOL:** The Yale School of Music, a graduate professional school within Yale University, is a worldwide leader in educating the creative musicians and cultural leaders of tomorrow. • * Qualifications** • *QUALIFICATIONS:** Ph.D. in music theory at time of appointment.
