Meetings: • Timelines, Management, Scheduling, Agenda, and Presentations • Principals and Music and Arts Organizations • Music Access Miami (Establish connections with existing organizations) • Evaluate the different aspects to consider for the implementation of each program in new locations. Reports: • Ensure all organizations submit projection reports for the region • Update presentations for different stakeholders on the future impact of the South Dade Music Alliance • Reporting for related funding sources (Monthly) Project Implementation: • Support the launch of the South Dade Music Alliance RFP
