• Teach classes in marching band techniques and Materials and Methods of Teaching Instrumental Music in the Secondary Grades. • Assist instrumental area faculty with ensemble development, curriculum, and student recruitment/retention. Requirements • Earned master's degree or DMA in Conducting (instrumental) from an accredited university. • Experience in supervising student teachers. Nice-to-haves • Earned terminal degree in music or music education for associate professor consideration.
