Bachelor's degree in music education or related field. Valid Florida Educator Certificate in Music. Ability to motivate and engage students with diverse musical backgrounds and skill levels. Support the implementation of the music curriculum in alignment with district, state, and national music education standards. Prepare students for participation in the Lee County All-County Honor Band audition process and provide support throughout, including assisting with auditions and attending all rehearsals for which students earn placement in the ensemble.
