Cienega High School is looking for an Associate Director of Bands for the 2026-27 school year and beyond. The Vail School District and CHS are both very supportive of the band program and have made huge investments to support the growth and success The Cienega Band. The instrumental music program serves about 130 students between all ensembles: marching band, 2 wind bands, jazz ensemble, orchestra, winter guard, and various other small ensembles and extra-curricular opportunities. The symphonic and jazz bands consistently perform at Superior rating levels. The instrumental music program as seen a lot of growth in the last three years and is projecting further growth to come.
