Associate Manager, Music Policy, Spotify for Artists

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and passionate team member to join the Spotify for Artists Marketing & Policy team — part of Spotify’s division dedicated to ensuring Spotify is the most rewarding and powerful platform for artists to grow their careers and businesses. The Spotify for Artists policy team focuses on crafting and implementing policies that ensure fair and equitable opportunities for artists, songwriters, distributors, labels, and publishers on Spotify — and educating the industry about our platform. As an Associate Manager, you’ll play a critical role in executing high-impact policy initiatives — from research and policy development to internal coordination and external communications. • You’re curious and proactive — excited to learn, grow, and make an impact at scale.
