Associate/Full Professor of Music - Director of Concert Bands

(Norman, OK) invites applications for the position of Director of Concert Bands. The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated music faculty committed to artistic innovation, student success, and community engagement. Conducting responsibilities include conducting the OU Wind Symphony and additional ensembles according to the needs of the School of Music and the abilities of the candidate. Active participation in recruitment, fundraising, and public relations activities is expected, including but not limited to maintaining a positive relationship with public school music educators in Oklahoma and surrounding states, as well as University of Oklahoma administration, athletics, alumni, and recruitment services.
