Position Summary The Middle School / High School Band Director effectively teaches instrumental music to middle and high school students using approved curriculum and repertoire to enhance student learning and musical development. Schedule and conduct conferences with parents or students as needed to address academic or musical progress. Maintain punctual attendance at faculty meetings, devotions, and all assigned responsibilities. Maintain a program of individual professional growth and ongoing development in both pedagogy and conducting. Qualifications Required: A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and the ability to articulate and model a Biblical worldview.
