Job Overview

The Band Director will teach music and build a community college band program from the ground up. This flexible role offers the opportunity to shape a schedule and develop ensembles, including marching and pep bands, while working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Teach music and guide students in ensemble performance.
Build and develop the college band program.
Organize marching band and pep band opportunities.
Prepare ensembles for football and basketball games.
Coordinate participation in competitions, band events, classics, and parades.
Support an inclusive, collaborative environment for students.
